Job Summary

Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Sales Floor Operations: Assist customers with merchandise, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other associates to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive and productive work environment, and support the overall success of the store.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, associates, and management.
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Teamwork Skills: Collaborate with other associates to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive and productive work environment, and support the overall success of the store.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
