We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at AMS of Wisconsin, LLC- Onalaska. As a key member of our medical staff, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive addiction treatment services to our patients.
Responsibilities- Work closely with the Nurse Supervisor and Medical Director to ensure appropriate medical care for patients.
- Responsible for the completeness of all medical aspects of the medical record.
- Dispense medications as ordered by the Medical Director or Program Physician, and maintain accurate accounting of all medication received from supplier and dispensed to the patient.
- Safekeeping of all medication inventory and the records required by the DEA, FDA, and ADP.
- Administer medications as ordered by the Medical Director or Program Physician.
- Collect and process urine or blood samples, read test results as ordered by Program Physicians, and complete all forms involved in these procedures.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
- Wisconsin License as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
- Experience in behavioral health is highly desirable.
- Health Insurance coverage up to $ per calendar year.
