About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist in Neuro Trauma. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans
  • Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
  • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records and administer medications to patients while monitoring for reactions and side effects
  • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions

Requirements:

  • Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact required
  • BLS required prior to orientation completion
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

Location: Enola, Pennsylvania

Salary: $68,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
