Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance team at Boar's Head Brand/Frank Brunckhorst Co., LLC. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues with mechanical devices and systems.
  • Adjust and repair functional parts of devices and control instruments.
  • Install special functional and structural parts in devices.
  • Lubricate and clean parts to ensure smooth operation.
  • Start devices to test their performance and ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Set up and operate drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure product specifications are met and work is completed safely and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the department lead or supervisor.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Computer literacy and ability to complete daily work within a CMMS system.
  • Industrial maintenance experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of basic industrial mechanical systems, electricity, and utilities.
  • Ability to diagnose industrial mechanical systems, equipment, and utilities problems.
  • Strong knowledge of shop equipment setup and operation.
  • Strong TIG or stick welding experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
