Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of production equipment and their controls.
- Coordinate with production staff to schedule maintenance and troubleshoot work in production areas.
- Prepare and manage preventative maintenance schedules.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Ensure a safe working environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Vocational certificate or associate's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
- Journeyman's certificate preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent relevant experience required.
- PLC experience preferred.
