We are seeking a highly skilled IT Application Administrator to join our team at Omega Enterprises. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and development of our security technology portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to our customers and service technicians, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
- Application Development: Analyze, design, and implement application functionalities to meet customer requirements, including parameterization and customization of applications.
- System Installation and Configuration: Install and configure applications on servers and client systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Service and Support: Provide exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Education and Qualifications: Completion of training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification.
- Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems, excellent IT and network technology skills, and experience in the IT or security technology field.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English.
