Job Title: Executive Director

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our healthcare facility in Woodville, TX. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing the overall operation of the facility, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and implement written policies and procedures to ensure facility compliance and patient safety.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and training of department supervisors and ancillary staff.
  • Meet with department supervisors to review interdepartmental issues, expense control, and labor control.
  • Develop and maintain patient census at optimal levels.
  • Assure compliance with the Patients' Bill of Rights.
  • Represent the facility in dealings with outside agencies and third-party vendors.
Requirements:
  • Current and valid state Nursing Home Administrator license.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable state/federal regulations regarding nursing home operations.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration.
  • Minimum of one year as an Administrator/Executive Director overseeing a SNF.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, direct, and delegate tasks.
