Position Overview:

The CNC Programmer plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of machining operations. This position requires a thorough understanding of technical specifications and the ability to operate advanced machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret technical drawings and part specifications, with a strong grasp of GD&T principles.
  • Utilize computer-aided manufacturing software, such as CAMWorks, to design cutting paths and program machinery.
  • Conduct quality assurance evaluations to verify that products align with design standards.
  • Modify machine settings and cutting paths to enhance production efficiency while ensuring product quality.
  • Select appropriate tools for various materials and program machines accordingly.
  • Diagnose and resolve programming issues as they occur.
  • Set up and operate multi-axis CNC machines.

Compensation: Starting pay is $26 per hour and may increase based on experience.

Work Schedule: 4/10 schedule, Monday through Thursday.
