- Ensure that all kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume food industry.
- Bachelor's degree in hotel/restaurant management or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving kitchen efficiencies, quality, food, and labor costs.
- Experience with menu development and performance nutrition.
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
The majority of time will be spent in an indoor, climate-controlled environment, with occasional movement around the kitchen area. The noise level may be moderate to high.
