Job SummaryThis full-time role is responsible for executing our recruiting strategy, including sourcing, recruiting, and selecting full-time and college financial advisors. The successful candidate will build quality relationships, promote the Northwestern Mutual career opportunity, generate candidate referrals, and help develop leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Sourcing: Develop effective referral sources, including in-office, on-campus, and community networks. Actively participate in campus and community clubs to promote and brand Northwestern Mutual.
- Selection: Be knowledgeable about the financial representative career and selection process. Conduct initial interviews, administer selection tools, and guide candidates through the process.
- Accountability, Tracking, and Analysis: Report weekly recruiting activity, maintain candidate databases, and analyze recruiting ratios to identify inefficiencies.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Recent Graduate to three years professional work experience ideal
- Strong personal network and/or community involvement
- Ability to work in a collaborative team setting
- Disciplined, ambitious, and motivated by results
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
