  • Clinical Quality Management: Oversee the quality of Pediatric Clinical Services, ensuring high-quality care and service delivery.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for Outpatient Behavioral Health Services, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Leadership and Management: Recruit, retain, and manage provider leader direct reports, ensuring effective performance and staff engagement.
  • Metrics Management: Analyze data and develop effective action plans to improve performance, identifying cross-site trends and opportunities.
  • Continuing Education: Develop and manage effective continuing education requirements and service/performance expectations for OP BHS providers.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster an inclusive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement and well-being.
Requirements
  • Medical Degree: Must hold a medical degree.
  • Board Certification: Must be board certified in Psychiatry.
  • JEDI Principles: Demonstrates a strong commitment to JEDI principles, including social justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
