Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of four maintenance personnel.
- Plan and manage daily maintenance activities, including repairs and preventive upkeep.
- Execute hands-on maintenance tasks, especially in plumbing and electrical domains, as required.
- Address all maintenance requests and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide training and mentorship to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and procure new items as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with property management to prioritize maintenance tasks and projects.
- Respond to urgent maintenance situations as needed.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance management or a comparable role.
