Job Summary

Talentuition, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in preparing the departmental budget and sales goals and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain connections with important groups and catering accounts to maintain and expand our market share.
  • Attend industry tradeshows and conferences as a professional representative of the hotel while adhering to the budget and marketing plan requirements.
  • Serve as a member of the properties management team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a similar field is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Some previous work experience in a hospitality role required.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to negotiate and network effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to adapt to change quickly.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and human relation skills that positively benefit interaction with staff, partners, and external clientele.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be detail-oriented, able to plan, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer skills, with a strong working knowledge of the primary Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
