Help Desk Technician

Job Summary:
The IT Service Desk Representative will provide high-quality support to our clients by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and operating systems. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and operating systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support or related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
