Job Title: Desktop Support Tech

Job Summary:
eTeam is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Tech to join our team. In this role, you will provide on-site support services to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and installing and configuring desktop applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using industry-standard tools and methodologies
  • Install and configure desktop applications, including Windows O/S
  • Provide smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware
  • Collaborate with clients and management to ensure seamless delivery of support services


Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in IT field support
- Strong knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues
- Experience with desktop applications installation and configuration
