Position Overview

Libra Solutions is in search of a Claims Specialist to enhance our Operations division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive to provide outstanding service to a diverse clientele within the healthcare and legal sectors. This role serves as the main communication hub for our clients, ensuring they are informed about their cases and addressing any inquiries they may have.

This position requires in-office attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a significant volume of incoming calls from insurance representatives, legal professionals, clients, and healthcare providers.
  • Monitor case statuses to obtain updates on ongoing litigation and medical treatments.
  • Compose formal communications to defense insurance entities and legal representatives, including demand letters and emails.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through prompt and precise communication.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with attorneys, law firms, insurance companies, and medical providers.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Experience in a fast-paced call center environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with personal injury claims, medical billing, or related fields is beneficial.
  • Prior experience in claims management or personal injury case handling is preferred.
  • Self-driven with a commitment to building strong relationships and achieving objectives.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while managing phone calls and computer tasks.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Capacity to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with insurance firms, legal professionals, and healthcare providers.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Outlook are required.
