Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls from insurance providers, legal representatives, clients, and medical practitioners on a daily basis.
  • Monitor case statuses to obtain updates on pending litigation and medical treatments.
  • Compose communications to defense insurance companies and legal representatives, including demand letters, emails, and faxes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and precise communication.
  • Build and maintain relationships with attorneys, law firms, insurance companies, and healthcare providers.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience as a claims adjuster or personal injury case manager is preferred.
  • Background in a high-volume call center environment is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with personal injury, medical billing, or claims processes is a plus.
  • Self-driven with a commitment to fostering strong relationships and achieving goals.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while managing phone calls and computer tasks.
  • Adaptability to changes and ease in transitioning between various tasks.
  • Capability to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with insurance companies, attorneys, and medical providers.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Outlook are necessary.
