Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service.
  • Services may include addressing inquiries, coverage options, policy modifications, claims submissions, and billing inquiries.
  • Utilize a customer-centric, needs-based review approach to inform clients about their insurance choices.

Qualifications

Bilingual candidates are preferred.

A proven history of achieving sales targets is advantageous.

Experience in sales (whether in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Strong work ethic is essential.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated and goal-driven.

Strong organizational skills, time management, and follow-through capabilities are necessary.
