Position Overview:
As a Manufacturing Reliability Engineer, you will leverage your technical expertise to foster continuous enhancements in reliability principles and problem-solving methodologies. Your focus will be on identifying and rectifying defects to improve asset reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct repairs and execute preventive maintenance to optimize operational efficiency.
- Take a proactive stance on new equipment installations.
- Collaborate with the team on a variety of tasks, from basic part replacements to advanced troubleshooting and preventive/predictive maintenance, ensuring proper equipment configuration and setup.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering with 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing settings.
- Possesses a solid understanding of equipment functionality, mechanical design, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Experience with industrial machinery maintenance, including seals, piping, pumps, fans, blowers, and material handling equipment, as well as familiarity with SAP.
- Open to candidates from diverse industries such as food manufacturing, oil, gas, mining, chemical manufacturing, and military backgrounds.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least two years of related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of maintenance process management.
- Background in rotating equipment, seals, piping, pumps, fans, blowers, and material handling systems.
- Experience in developing complex tests and analyses.
- Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies.
- Proficient in SAP.
