Role Summary:
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be essential in assisting our Quality Assurance (QA) team by managing document scanning and organizing QA records. This role demands exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digitize and archive documents pertinent to quality assurance activities.
- Systematically organize and preserve both electronic and physical QA files.
- Assist with data management tasks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of information.
- Provide administrative support to the QA team on various projects as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; current college or university enrollment is preferred.
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support capacity is advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
