Position Overview

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity requiring 100% onsite presence.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and resolving issues within the organization's rapidly evolving infrastructure. The Infrastructure Solutions Engineer will be essential in a dynamic, fast-paced legal setting where quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle, including design, execution, documentation, and training.
  • Support the management and implementation of user profiles and group policies.
  • Provide project management and Tier 2 and 3 support to the IT HelpDesk.
  • Create and maintain scripts for managing both on-premises and remote environments.
  • Monitor and manage installed systems effectively.
  • Test and uphold operational systems.
  • Assess application performance consistently.
  • Maintain and/or coordinate the inventory of PC hardware.
  • Assign users and devices to appropriate business groups within Active Directory.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 years of professional IT experience with on-premises infrastructure.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Exchange environments, specifically 2016 or 2019.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles, including routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, and subnets.
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy deployment.
  • Extensive experience in managing Exchange, Hyper-V, Blackberry, Active Directory, and SQL Server.
  • Proficient with enterprise applications such as Microsoft Exchange Server (2016, 2019, 2022), Endpoint detection, VMWare SRM, and VMware ESX.
  • Experience in configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting systems.
  • Strong scripting and technical capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
