Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. In this critical role, you will provide administrative support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless coordination of patient care. Your responsibilities will include data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information
- Coordinate care with healthcare providers and staff members
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and scheduling

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business or medical sciences preferred
- Prior experience in medical office administration or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and related software
- Strong keyboarding skills (in excess of 50 WPM)

Compensation:
$52,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience
