Position Overview

Travis Pate - State Farm Agent is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented professional to join their team in Valdosta, GA. Responsibilities

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services to meet customer expectations.

Requirements
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas, demonstrating sales acumen and drive
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening - to effectively communicate with customers and team members
  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from unexpected events, and achieve their goals
  • People-oriented, with a focus on customer satisfaction and needs
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and commitment to success
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
  • Dedicated to customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows, to efficiently manage tasks and data

  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers, effectively communicating the value of State Farm products

  • Property and Casualty license, with the ability to obtain
