  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Interact with customers in a courteous and respectful manner, adhering to our hospital's customer service standards.
  • Food Service Operations
    • Maintain a clean and organized environment, including the cafeteria, kitchen, and other food service areas.
    • Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate records.
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages, following proper food safety and handling procedures.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as a team member, communicating with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
    • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance
    • Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital information, adhering to HIPAA and other relevant policies.

Requirements
  • Education
    • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • 6 months of experience in food service, customer service, or a related field required.
