Key Responsibilities:
  • Primarily assist the CEO and CGO while also providing support to the executive team as needed.
  • Conduct all tasks with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate responses to both internal and external inquiries.
  • Enhance and maintain internal processes that aid C-Suite executives.
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external executives regarding various projects and assignments.
  • Organize and prioritize work to ensure that senior executives' objectives are met and organizational goals are fulfilled.
  • Oversee professional and personal scheduling, including agendas, correspondence, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other logistical tasks.
  • Coordinate scheduling and manage extensive calendar activities.
  • Collaborate with C-Suite on various project-related tasks.
  • Prepare for, attend, and follow up on meetings, demonstrating attentiveness and commitment to action items.
  • Manage travel arrangements and related activities, including hotel bookings, transportation, and meal coordination.
  • Assist the marketing department with various initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Capable of using standard office equipment.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for problem-solving.
