Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will work one-on-one with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, personalized care to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Monitor and report patient progress to healthcare providers and family members
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management and self-care
Requirements
  • Current RN or LVN license in Texas or qualifying Compact State
  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to patient homes
  • Previous experience in pediatric care or home health care preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
