Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Geospatial Field Technician to join our team. As a Geospatial Field Technician, you will be responsible for collecting and processing geospatial data in the field, working closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and process geospatial data in the field using various tools and equipment, including GPS, total stations, and data collectors.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Perform tasks that require lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds and working in outdoor weather conditions and rugged terrain.
  • Travel to project sites, which may require overnight stays.
  • Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.

Requirements:

  • Transitioning Service Member (REQUIRED)
  • Experience working in this career is not required.
  • Interest in working with numbers, technology, high-tech measuring equipment, and GPS.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Solutions-focused, detail-oriented, and accountable.
  • Ability to use tools including - but not limited to - machetes, shovels, sledgehammers, etc.
  • A valid driver's license.
