Key Responsibilities:
- Employs the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients receiving services.
- Initiates and adjusts care plans as necessary, in collaboration with healthcare providers.
- Applies therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing interventions based on patient assessments and goals.
- Responds to changes in patient conditions and communicates these changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments, while monitoring and documenting their effectiveness.
- Reviews care plans and identifies educational needs for patients and families, ensuring comprehensive care coordination.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the relevant state.
- Current Health Certificate as per facility or state requirements.
- Updated PPD or Chest X-Ray documentation.
- Valid BLS certification.
- Preferred: Minimum of one year of prior RN experience.
