In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of interaction for our clients and guide them through their service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers as they arrive at our facility
  • Understand customer needs and offer guidance using our point-of-sale system
  • Create service orders, clarify available services, and secure customer consent
  • Coordinate with Technicians to facilitate service tasks
  • Verify completed services and communicate inspection findings
  • Finalize service orders and process customer transactions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Strong verbal communication abilities
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
