In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our AMER teams. You will serve as a trusted consultant to our frontline managers and employees, facilitating talent management initiatives and addressing employee concerns. Your expertise will guide our managers in cultivating high-performance teams while fostering a robust partnership with a business-focused approach. Additionally, you will champion and implement strategic talent initiatives across our Field AMER teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a reliable advisor to managers and employees, offering insights on talent management and addressing workforce needs.
- Guide managers in developing and maintaining high-performance teams.
- Promote a strong collaborative relationship with managers, emphasizing a business-oriented perspective.
- Work closely with our Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in areas such as total rewards, employee relations, talent acquisition, and talent development to deliver impactful HR solutions.
- Collaborate with managers and the HR Operations team to ensure timely completion of employee transactional needs, including compensation reviews, organizational changes, offboarding, and internal transfers.
- Ensure consistency, transparency, fairness, and accountability across all HR practices.
- Prioritize talent management activities and coaching to establish a high-performing and effective organization.
- Partner with the Director, HRBP to implement strategic initiatives that enhance organizational health and effectiveness.
- Leverage data-driven insights to shape HR strategies and decisions.
Please note this is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3x/week.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in an HRBP or HR Generalist role.
- Strong grasp of HR best practices and talent management processes.
- Ability to navigate various functions (Sales, Professional Services, etc.) to provide day-to-day and long-term insights.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching managers and fostering high-performance teams.
- Capacity to build strong relationships with managers and employees.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
- Empathetic and approachable, with a commitment to fairness and accountability.
