Our client, a dynamic and expanding multistate cannabis organization, is seeking a Pharmacist to become a vital part of their team. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in providing top-notch consultations and guidance regarding medical cannabis to our clients.

This position is essential for ensuring that patient interactions through consultations are conducted smoothly and efficiently, adhering to state regulations and company policies while supporting our overarching goals. The Pharmacist will embody the values of compliance, compassion, and quality care, which are fundamental to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify exceptional service and dedication, setting a standard for others.
  • Inspire and mentor managers and store personnel through ongoing training on compliance, product knowledge, and best practices.
  • Promote a positive and professional company culture while ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Conduct consultations via phone and in-person, ensuring patients and caregivers receive accurate and compassionate information.
  • Implement company programs for customer service, patient management, and compliance with safety guidelines.
  • Provide expert guidance on cannabis products, including selection, effects, potency, dosing, and consumption methods.
  • Identify and propose process enhancements to support company growth.
  • Address employee or customer concerns diplomatically, collaborating with management as needed.
  • Report product-related issues to relevant management in real-time.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Virginia Pharmacy license and registration with the Board of Pharmacy.
  • Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of navigating multiple software platforms.
  • Knowledge of cannabis products and their applications.
  • Flexibility regarding work hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $100,000
