Key Responsibilities:
- Exemplify outstanding service and commitment to patient care.
- Inspire and mentor store staff through ongoing training in compliance, product knowledge, and best practices.
- Uphold a positive and professional company culture while ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
- Conduct thorough consultations, both over the phone and in person, to provide accurate and compassionate information to patients and caregivers.
- Implement company programs related to customer service, patient management, and compliance with safety guidelines.
- Assist patients and staff with cannabis product recommendations, including selection, effects, dosing, and methods of consumption.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to support organizational growth.
- Address and resolve any concerns or complaints from employees or customers in collaboration with management.
- Report product-related issues to the appropriate management personnel promptly.
- Support the onboarding and training of new Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians.
Qualifications:
- Active Virginia Pharmacy license and registration with the Board of Pharmacy.
- Willingness to undergo a comprehensive background check.
- Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality care.
- Proficient in MS Office and capable of navigating various software platforms.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and their applications.
- Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation: $100,000
