Core Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and track outstanding requests.
- Generate and distribute regular reports according to established timelines.
- Develop and sustain an end-user knowledge repository through comprehensive documentation and training sessions.
- Assist senior analysts with software releases, application upkeep, and system management.
- Carry out additional assigned responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of two years in a healthcare finance setting with familiarity in information systems. Proficiency in managing extensive databases is essential.
- Tools/Equipment: Skilled in various software applications and database systems, calculator, multi-line phone, and fax/copy machine.
- Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of financial systems and business applications, particularly Siemens MS4 and/or Cerner.

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Effective prioritization of tasks in high-pressure situations.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment.
- Ability to execute queries and manage special projects.
