  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and track outstanding requests.

  • Carry out additional assigned responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years in a healthcare finance setting with familiarity in information systems. Proficiency in managing extensive databases is essential.
  • Tools/Equipment: Skilled in various software applications and database systems, calculator, multi-line phone, and fax/copy machine.
  • Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
    • Understanding of financial systems and business applications, particularly Siemens MS4 and/or Cerner.
    • Capability to identify underlying issues to improve processes.
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
    • Effective prioritization of tasks in high-pressure situations.
    • Experience working in a collaborative environment.
    • Ability to execute queries and manage special projects.
