Medical Specialist Wanted for Orthopedic Practice

We are seeking a skilled medical specialist to join our team of experienced orthopedists in Vermont. As a fellowship-trained Foot and Ankle specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a busy established practice of six physicians and five advanced practitioners.
The ideal candidate will be a Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) physician with expertise in general ortho practice and Foot and Ankle surgery. Compensation is productivity-based, with a guaranteed salary ranging from $325,000 to $350,000 depending on experience level, placing you in the 75th percentile of MGMA earnings.
Our clinic offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a 403B retirement plan with match, malpractice insurance, health, dental, vision, and disability insurances, a defined contribution retirement account, college savings account, tax-deferred earnings program, and CME funded annually.
In addition to a competitive salary and benefits, we offer relocation expenses up to $10,000 to help you settle into our beautiful New England city with a population of 20,000 people. Our centrally located hospital is situated in a broad valley between the Green Mountains to the east and the Taconics to the west, providing easy access to outdoor activities such as golfing, skiing, fishing, and hiking.
