We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Compass Group, North America. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Culinary Operations: Assist the Executive Chef in planning and executing menu items, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, including cooks and food service associates, to ensure that they are meeting our expectations for food preparation and service.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients and customers to resolve any issues or concerns they may have, providing exceptional service and ensuring that their needs are met.
