Job Overview

The Reconditioning Technician II plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by properly preparing cold drink equipment for installation and setting up dispensing equipment. This position assists the equipment services team in achieving its goals by maintaining a high level of customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare equipment for installation following CCCI set up procedures, including inspection, electrical system setup, and cabinet configuration.
  • Complete final inspections, ensuring proper decals, timers, prices, locks, and asset tags are in place.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning, replace or repair parts as needed, and install ancillary items such as LED kits, doors, shelves, and front grills.
  • Perform housekeeping to maintain safe, clean, and neat work areas, adhering to CCCI and safety compliance standards.
  • Follow procedures for maintaining proper accountability of parts and labor, capturing data, and updating CONA and SAP for accurate inventory.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Basic technical, electrical, and troubleshooting knowledge and mechanical skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and in various positions, including squatting, kneeling, bending, and standing on a concrete floor
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and move objects of 100 lbs. or more
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Desired soft drink industry knowledge and equipment services experience
