About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Test Lead to join our team at Themesoft Inc. as a key member of our SAP MM/LE/P2P testing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Strategy and Planning
    • Work closely with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and create detailed test plans.
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies to ensure thorough testing of SAP MM/LE/P2P applications.
  • Test Execution and Defect Management
    • Execute test scripts and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and resolve defects in a timely manner.
  • Test Automation and Management
    • Design and implement automated test scripts using tools like UFT, Tosca, and WorkSoft.
    • Manage and maintain test data, test environments, and test infrastructure.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate test results and defects to stakeholders, including development teams and business SMEs.
    • Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of testing services.
Requirements
  • Over 10+ years of experience in testing SAP applications, including SAP MM, LE, and P2P.
  • 5+ years of dedicated experience in SAP SD with a complete understanding of E2E OTC business process flows and integration points.
  • 3+ years of Test Lead experience testing SAP applications.
  • Ability to understand configuration/ABAP code and identify root causes of defects.
  • Experience in S/4 HANA testing, including ECC to S/4 HANA migrations and S/4 HANA implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of SLTC process and experience with various QA deliverables across the STLC.
  • Experienced in working with PMs to identify scope and create test strategy and test plan documents.
  • Experienced in working with business SMEs to understand requirements, build test scenarios, test cases, test execution, and analyze results.
  • Experienced in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of test management tools (HP ALM/Jira/ADO) and automation tools (UFT/Tosca/WorkSoft).
  • Preferred to have certification in SAP or S/4 HANA SD.
  • Ability to work independently and in-person onsite/remotely, with willingness to travel for client engagements as needed.
