We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader Trainee to join our dynamic sales team at Andrew Meier Inc. As a Sales Team Leader Trainee, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to drive sales growth.
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives.
- 2+ years of sales experience in the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of sales success and achievement of sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
