About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Turtle, you will play a key role in our goal to listen, learn, and be helpful to every customer in need. You will utilize best practices by adding value to customers by providing excellent customer service across all components of the branch operations to include sales, vendor management, and product information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level support to customers in an efficient, timely, and professional manner.
  • Assist with vendor problems and coordinate office billing.
  • Use knowledge of electrical products to answer customer questions regarding sales and orders.
  • Complete sales and orders and manage payments.
  • Create receiving non-conformance problem reports.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel.
  • Strong customer service skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.
  • Ability to multi-task and be flexible.
