Job Summary

We are seeking individuals pursuing Texas State Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in The Woodlands, Texas. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, you will work with clients to help them overcome depression and anxiety, and provide support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide counseling services to clients with depression and anxiety
  • Conduct intakes and diagnose clients according to the current DSM under a licensed supervisor
  • Work independently in a counseling setting, treating depression and anxiety
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
  • Approved by the board as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate
  • Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety required
  • Post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the current DSM under a licensed supervisor

About the Role

This is a Fee for Service position, earning potential is $40,000 - $55,000 (could vary based on # of sessions and bonus opportunities). Your recruiter will discuss total compensation during the interview.
