Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Service/Accounting Support professional at LPC Personnel, Inc. This position requires a unique blend of customer service and accounting skills, with a focus on providing exceptional support to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, utilizing excellent communication skills to resolve issues and provide accurate information.
  • Assist customers with product or service information, order status, and general inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and data management.
  • Accounting Support:
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment processing, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Handle accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments, maintaining a high level of financial discipline.
  • Prepare and distribute financial reports as required, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining organized accounting files, ensuring efficient and accurate financial management.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or accounting support role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-first mindset and a commitment to excellence.
