  • Work collaboratively within a team environment.
Training and Development

We provide comprehensive training to ensure you are well-equipped for the role.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Organized and approachable, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Possessing a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • Able to follow directions and communicate effectively.
  • Available for flexible working hours, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Capable of lifting heavy items.
  • Having a clean criminal background, with no felony convictions.
Preferred Skills and Experience

While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

  • Familiarity with Xactimate estimating software.
  • Experience with iCat contents software.
  • Relevant IICRC Certifications such as WTR, FSRT, OCT, and UFT.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Experience in insurance restoration related to contents, fire, and water damage.
