Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Processing Associate to join our team at Conduent. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry of material from source documents to a computer database
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data/assigned work
  • Handle multiple assignments and maintain a high level of confidentiality, informational accuracy, and production
  • Work under strict deadlines and perform duties related to TRACS (TPL Recovery and Claims System)
  • Prepare daily mail and deposit tasks and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred
  • Accurate typing skills and attention to detail
  • Data entry skills and ability to use PC, 10 key, typewriter, calculator, and/or data entry devices
  • Payment Processing experience desired and Microsoft Excel & Word experience
  • Good telephone and interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
