Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, with shifts between 8 AM - 6 PM & 3 Days Work From Home
Compensation: $22 per hour
Location: Cornelius, North Carolina
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries swiftly and professionally.
- Utilize databases, scripts, and tools in accordance with our established guidelines.
- Comprehend client needs, responding to questions and complaints with precise and effective solutions based on CRM and Knowledge Base resources.
- Foster long-term relationships, go above and beyond, and ensure clients feel appreciated and supported.
- Investigate and deliver effective solutions, including upselling products when appropriate.
- Document and escalate requests following set protocols, providing second-level support for escalated issues.
- Engage in continuous training to broaden knowledge of products and services, enhancing your skills and service delivery capabilities.
- Aim to meet or surpass call center performance metrics while consistently providing exceptional customer service and being accountable for reporting these metrics.
- Offer constructive feedback regarding call center performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a call center setting.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Skilled in utilizing call center software and databases.
- Capability to excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development.
- Enthusiasm for delivering superior customer service.
- Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
