Job Summary:

This role is a critical component of our team, responsible for maintaining a positive and productive work environment. As a Staff Relations Manager, you will be part of the State Parks Staff Services and Administration Program, working closely with the Program Director and counterparts in the Human Resources and Legal Division.

Your primary focus will be on analyzing and resolving staff relations issues, providing consultation and solutions to employees and supervisors, and counseling employees and managers on sensitive issues. You will also be responsible for managing multiple assignments and projects, developing and analyzing human resources processes, and ensuring compliance with agency rules, regulations, and procedures.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field. Four years of combined experience in human resource employee relations, including interpreting policies, advising managers and employees, and conflict management, is required. Twelve months of supervisory experience, including training and performance management, is also necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field

Four years of combined experience in human resource employee relations

Twelve months of supervisory experience, including training and performance management

Valid Texas driver's license

PAY:** $68,000 - $82,000 per year
