Overview

AccentCare is seeking a highly skilled Field Supervisor to join our team in Odessa, Texas. As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective supervision of Care Partners, ensuring that services are provided to clients in accordance with individualized service plans and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete required quality in-home Compliance visits, traveling to multiple clients' homes nearly every day/week.
  • Lead First Aid and CPR certification classes, becoming certified in First Aid-CPR and trained as a Trainer to provide training to caregivers as needed.
  • Lead New Hire Caregiver Orientation and training, completing new client Opening paperwork and meeting with new clients to identify their needs and preferred visit cadence.
  • Field-based role with local travel up to 50-60%, requiring a dependable vehicle, car insurance, and a valid driver's license.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED, with 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting or 60 hours of college credits.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions.
  • Sensitivity to the needs of the aged and disabled, with knowledge of all State requirements under the Primary Home Care Program.
  • Ability to handle crisis situations and process time-sensitive material in a timely manner.
