Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate Patient Needs: Assess patients' vital signs, medical histories, allergies, and current medication use to determine the best course of treatment.
  2. Develop Treatment Plans: Collaborate with a medical team to design and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  3. Oversee Anesthesia Administration: Supervise the administration of anesthesia by other medical staff to ensure the highest level of care and safety.
  4. Monitor Patient Vital Signs: Continuously monitor patients' vital signs during surgery and adjust anesthetics as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  5. Document Patient Care: Maintain detailed records of patient treatment, dosing, and vital signs to ensure accurate and effective care.
  6. Provide Continuing Care: Continue to provide care and support to patients after surgery to control pain relief and consciousness.
  7. Communicate with Medical Staff: Effectively communicate with specialists, nurses, and other medical staff to ensure seamless care and coordination.
  8. Perform Pre-Operative Exams: Conduct pre-operative exams and intra-operative care utilizing MAC to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  9. Manage Post-Operative Care: Provide post-operative care, including ventilator management within the recovery area and ICU, to ensure patients receive the highest level of care.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a standard Monday - Friday schedule, with rotating weekends and on-call responsibilities. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that is committed to providing the highest level of care to our patients.

Requirements
  1. United States Citizenship: Must be a United States citizen or be eligible for citizenship.
  2. Medical Degree: Must have a degree of doctor of medicine or an equivalent degree from an approved school.
  3. Medical License: Must have a current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
  4. Residency Training: Must have completed residency training in an accredited core specialty training program leading to eligibility for board certification.
  5. English Proficiency: Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
