We are seeking a skilled Crisis Intervention Specialist to join our team at Texas Panhandle Centers. As a crisis intervention specialist, you will play a vital role in providing direct care services to individuals in need.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,809.60 for Case Manager I, $43,305.60 for Case Manager II, and $46,009.60 for Case Manager III. Depending on the level of experience, your compensation package may vary accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain professional communications with clients, staff, and community stakeholders using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language.
  • Deliver crisis intervention services and follow-up support to individuals in the upper 21 counties of the Texas Panhandle.
  • Collaborate with the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) to provide direct care services for the TPC service area.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a major in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, or other related human services field for QMHP credentialing.
  • No experience required for Case Manager I; minimum one year of experience in behavioral health case management for Case Manager II; minimum two years of experience for Case Manager III.
  • Graduate work in a related field may be substituted for up to one year of experience.
