Job Summary

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at healthcare facilities, independent imaging centers, and orthopedic/surgical centers. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the imaging industry and be able to effectively promote capital equipment and digital imaging solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attain assigned sales quotas and margin goals for equipment, durables, and service contracts.
  • Drive outside sales efforts in the territory, planning and making sales calls to close business.
  • Make effective sales and product presentations to customers.
  • Identify customer needs and provide consultative department workflow recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal and manufacturer support personnel to advance and close sales opportunities.
  • Address customer service needs, including supplying information on products, pricing, and service complaints.
  • Prepare weekly reports on sales calls, territorial and market trends, competitive activity, and special reports required by management.
  • Maintain current account records using CRM and update sales and contact information.
  • Establish and maintain a positive vendor/MXR Imaging relationship at the local level.
  • Work within expense budget guidelines established by the Sales Manager.
  • Develop a self-improvement program using available training tools.
  • Demonstrate and promote behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Values.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Three to five years' sales experience and/or radiology technical equipment experience
  • Knowledge of the imaging industry and experience selling B2B imaging solutions
  • Ability to work comfortably with department level & C-level customer management
Competencies
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external customers
  • Ability to work independently and provide timely results
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
