Key Responsibilities- Perform general maintenance and construction functions, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field; experience in a hospital or healthcare setting a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights, as needed.
